In addition, perhaps worth adding a new "clearInterwikiMap" fn. in ParsoidConfig so that the localsettings can be reset to empty in situations like this. For now, this can be done by setting parsoidConfig.interwikiMap to {} and parsoidConfig.interwikiRegexp to "" so that only those wikis explicitly configured in localsettings.js are enabled.
Yeah, the other thing that would be useful for beta is to expose the list of *languages* in parsoidconfig, so that a loop in localsettings can set up all beta wikipedias.

This bug is now fixed. The further enhancement idea of exposing languages from ParsoidConfig is tracked in bug 65870.
This was fixed, but the change isn't live yet. Can someone please run the necessary puppet run or whatever is needed to make this live?
