Description Vogone 2014-05-19 17:12:44 UTC
Per community consensus (linked to in the URL field), the German language Wikivoyage community requests an autopatrolled user group to be created to which users can be added/removed by sysops. Furthermore, they request autopromotion for users to that group who have made 200 or more edits.
