Seems to be in toogle.js line 127:

I'm not able to see, why don't run on MainPage, too? Have you more infos, before we delete the "&& !mw.config.get( 'wgIsMainPage' )" (will solve this regression problem) :)

Doesn't seem to be a problem anymore.
