Add namespaces 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 and 15 to default wmgNamespacesToPostIn. Trivial change: it's how global message delivery has always worked; fixes unexpected errors locally (cf. bug 65523).

All talk namespaces are whitelisted by default (ever since I129108cef1b195e950358f678c1ff5286ec51fe7), is that not happening somewhere?

Right, I was wondering why it sometimes worked. :)
