geowiki reports ~0.8K instead of ~80K total active editors for 2014-05-18.
dewiki has not even an entry for 2014-05-18.

geowiki dashboards show data for 2014-05-18 again.

The culprit was a database connection error firing back.
I'll leave the bug open until it's clear how to prevent this from
happening again.

Springle said to up the connection limits for geowiki, and we haven't seen
the problem surface again, so it seems to have done the trick.
