Not only the "last modified" bar isn't there, the whole javascript content isn't (on Firefox desktop with Mobile view and experimental). Looks like the browser get only the cached version of HTML without javascript loaded content (enable edit button, show toasts, toc and so on).

I think this is caused by the same bug as bug 65631

There is no lazy loading in alpha any more so this is no longer an issue.
