As a logged-in user, visit http://commons.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:UploadWizard

UW never loads, just shows a spinner. 

Javascript error is :

$wgEventLoggingSchemas[ 'UploadWizardStep' ] is defined too early, and might get overwritten by the EventLogging extension, depending on what order things are included in.
