Beta #20 got rid of the "copy url" functionality which was in previous betas. It was kinda broken (it copied more than the url), but it should be added back. 

It's crucial for people who want to share but use the Gmail app instead of the built-in Mail app, or use a non-connected social network like Reddit or a non-standard text app (Google Voice), etc.

Release notes for #21 say it was re-added, but I don't see it?
