Can't really blame it - all coordinates on Commons are secondary :P Started a discussion at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Module_talk:Coordinates#Mark_primary_coordinates_as_such to fix it but this is not a code issue so closing.

We should probably remove the feature then instead of serving broken feature.

Let's keep this open until we've done something.
