When AbuseFilter warns a Flow user, the message displayed is prefixed with the text: 
"An error occurred.
The error message received was: [...]"

See screenshot for a short custom message, showing it clearly.
See attachment 15523 [details] for the default warning message.

This prefix text should not be there, afaik.
