Intention: I'm trying to create a book (in the Dutch Wikipedia), but it's no longer possible to create a chapter. This was still possible a few weeks ago, but now. Steps to Reproduce: 1. In the left-menu, click 'create a book' 2. Click 'start book creator' 3. Click on the book creator menu 'Show book (0 pages)' Actual Results: In the box that says 'Empty book', there was link to create a chapter in the book that is no longer there. Expected Results: I expected to create a chapter, as I did earlier. Reproducible: Always
The behavior is reproduceable in IE, Chrome and FF (mobile and PC). It doesn't work on german wikipedia, too. Also in all browsers with en and de Wikipedia not working: 1. Drag 'n drop articles within the list isn't possible anymore 2. Exporting to pdf and epub crashes every now and then 3. A given title is not used as file name 4. The Wikipedia cover page isn't rendered anymore. The book starts directly with the first article. 5. The "Two columns" option has no influence 6. The refresh of the rendering page doesn't work 7. The convenience link "Add this page to your book", if you move the mouse on a wiki article link, will not be displayed All these things had worked few days/weeks ago.

Yes indeed, it seems a complete function of wikipedia is lost. I checked several languages and it doesn't work on all of them.
