I  tried to add a connected link to a random item. Then this message is usually shown but there are no links, only wikitext. See the attachment.

It is interesting that [[d:MediaWiki:Wikibase-error-sitelink-already-used]] has a quite different content. Maybe the connection between the page and the message has been broken.

I don't know whether this could be duplicated with bug 47949...
