Looks like something is misconfigured. Maybe permissions related with jenkins-slave.

php-apc is disabled iirc.  That is an annoying message for sure but definitely not a high priority.

Will be fixed by: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/138804/

It brings back php-apc but provides a .ini file to disable it entirely.

I have abandoned Gerrit change https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/138804/ . It could no more be merged in due to a huge refactor that came in between.

Cant really spend time figuring it out again so I abandoned it and I am resetting this bug back to NEW.
