Buttons in beta mode

Like you see on the pictures (example of Recentchanges special page) in beta and alpha mode not all buttons becomes the both css classes mw-ui-progressive mw-ui-button to display consistency. In stable this is made using input[type=submit]. Maybe we have to use this in beta/alpha too, or another solution :)

This should be changed in core. We hope to use MediaWiki ui everywhere for consistency.
