* Create two references, one above the fold and one below
* Scroll down to the one below the fold, inspect it, and use the "Use existing reference" feature to swap it out for the first one
* The page is now scrolled to the top

I think this might be because we delete and reinsert the reference?

Verified the fix in test2 and Betalabs.
