Description Krinkle 2014-06-11 03:35:29 UTC
When a notification automatically hides, it uses a javascript animation (jQuery) to fade out and move up about 35px upwards.

The animation feels a bit sluggish and just in general we should avoid using javascript repaints for this.

This can actually be a bit tricky, since there is quite a bit of logic to how exactly the notification should close and to how other notifications should slide into its place. I don't think we should block 1.24 on this.
