Please add namespace ”Book” to ro.wikipedia, on the same numeric index as on en.wiki. Romanian word for ”Book” is ”Carte”.
Are you aware that the "Book" namespace on en.wikipedia is managed by the Collection extension, which also adds the Special:Book special page that is used to create the book pages? Do you want the extension and special page installed too?

Can you create a book using this and tell us if it the book was created in the correct namespace?

Yes, extension is enabled, but the namespace itself is not working properly. Seems that MediaWiki does not recognise it. You can try to rename any page on rowiki, and look in dropdown list for namespace - "Carte" (or even Book) is missing. Also we have a dozen of incorrectly categorized books because MW does not recognise namespace "Carte" https://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Categorie:Wikipedia_books_%28incorrectly_categorized_books%29

If you have an admin account, do you think you could move the pages with suppressredirect to a temporary namespace, like Temp/Carte:Citrice. Certain pages tend to get lost whenever a new namespace is created, so I'd like to prevent that from happening beforehand. Would you also like "Book" to be a namespace alias for "Carte", like how the "Project" namespace currently redirects to "Wikipedia" namespace?
All these pages have been moved to a temporary namespace. *Yes, please make "Book" a alias for namespace "Carte". Thank you.

Unfortunately, enwiki's namespace index for "Book" is 108, which is the same index already occupied by rowiki's "Cod" namespace. However, "Carte" could use the next namespace index, which is 110. You might have to configure the Collection extension to use this though; it should be relatively trivial.
