Ignoring things such as internally used function names, tests and internationalization messages' documentation, the only two meaningful instances of "article" I found are in the translatable strings "langlinks_empty" (for which the English default is "This article is not available in other languages") and "edit_summary_guide_text" (for which the English default is "Tell us how you improved this article. This helps other editors review your edit quickly."). I'm guessing we want to take the MediaWiki core approach here and simply replace "article" with "page"?
Pages welcome! :)
Patches, I meant *PATCHES*.
