Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Something strange happened today with wikipedias (in last 3-5 hours). Twinkle drop-down menu on top-right of pages is duplicated and has 6 triangles (arrows) instead of one. Bug was disscused here

Also (maybe they are related), in the same period of time it's impossible to attache items on wikidata from one wiki to other - no auto-completion are then you type ”de” for German or ”en” for Englsih...
