Not sure why it's trying to use a alias file, there wasn't one in wmf8 and there isn't one in wmf9. It's not registered in Math.php either
But there is one in master. Guessing ExtensionMessages didn't get updated properly for whatever reason. Manually removed the line on tin https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-Math

Maybe this bug can be closed after wmf9 is no longer used.
