For me, previous (old) pages, created by Access control panel Groups disapears.

WikiName.org/wiki/ProtectedGroupName:PageName

become 

WikiName.org/wiki/:PageName

if I create a page with this content : #REDIRECT[[ProtectedGroupName:PageName]], the page is visible. (And already protected)..

I see you also brought this up on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension_talk:Access_Control_Panel and there is also a bugtracker at https://sourceforge.net/p/umeduwiki/bugs/?source=navbar

I'm not aware of any email addresses of maintainers, so this ticket will not receive any attention here as its maintainers cannot get notified.
