ContentTranslation adapts references, but doesn't add <references />.

This causes the red error about this to appear in all translated articles.

They are copied if you click on the appropriate paragraph, but it may make sense to do that automatically for users that only the first couple of paragraphs.

As per recent changes in Reference handling, this get automatically rendered at the end of page and does not give warning. But if you want to show references not at the end of page, we still need to do something
