The migration of I18n from php to json must have been unsuccessful. After upgrading to MW 1.23.0 none of this extension's system messages gets loaded. See the "Other special pages" section at the very bottom of "Special:SpecialPages" [1]. I verified this on a second local MW instance.

No worries, mistakes may happen. Thanks for your fast action which solved the issue (tested it). Probably Yaron will do a 0.5.1 release to make sure that everybody knows about the need to upgrade.
