Courcelles is the existing list maintainer for the mailing list "meta-oversight" though indications are that they are generally offline, and haven't responded to subscriptions requests in the past while. Would it please be possible to parachute me into the list maintenance role. I double-checked with DerHexer, one of the other four meta-OS, and he supported this action. Thanks.

Requests like this (reseting list passwords, adding maintainers etc everything except ops specific issues like deletion) can usually be done outside RT. Philippe and I have the master and are usually faster (I think mostly given our inability to sleep). I've commented on the RT ticket so that it'll be closed out. I'm reseting the password now which is required to add a new list maintainer (since it's only 1 password, otherwise we can add you to the spam list but you can't actually do anything). I'm happy doing so since it appears we have consensus from Matanya, DerHexer and Billinghurst. I will send new password to both Billinghurst and Courcelles.
