The patch will have to wait until Monday to be deployed as we generally do not deploy new software or configuration changes on Fridays. I will add it to the Monday morning SWAT window, so it should be enabled between 19:00 and 20:00 Moscow time (UTC +04:00).

Yes, user Draa Kul reminded me today that categorymove right should be granted to other groups, elder than suppressredirectors. Admins already have this right, and all bureaucrats are admins.

Hello again. During further discussion, a local solution was adjusted. Please, remove rights "suppressredirect" and "move-categorypages" from "editors" group (and keep them in "filemover" and "closer" groups, also keep "move-categorypages" right on "suppressredirect" group).
