Click Template to bring up the inspector

Enter something simple into the inspector like "S" 

See the moving grey stripes as if a search for lookahead is underway.

Lookahead should display an unordered list of existing matching templates, but instead shows nothing.

This bug is back with the merge of new VE UI elements to master as of July 2.

Yes, appears to be the same Beta Labs flakiness again; moving there.

Config error on beta labs, fixed in Gerrit change #143902.
