When syncing the app's CSS with the servers every 24 hours, don't overwrite the CSS on the app with a new CSS file if the new file is zero bytes. :-)

This problem cropped up and caused my CSS to be broken.

We should check this on Android too because it may have been causing some of the CSS problems.

It was, and we made a fix 3 weeks ago :)
