The yes/no dialog before refreshing all saved pages is not very useful.

Users with slow connections and many saved pages may decide *after* starting a refresh that it takes too long and they wish to abort, but it seems tedious to confirm before refreshing, since in most cases it's no big deal and not a decision with negative consequences if refresh is initiated by accident.
