We need some standard way to turn on/off the formatter.
When viewing Flow on mobile I notice that the HTML gets altered with bizarre results - e.g. moving headings out of Flow posts.

Flow pages should never be subjected to the formatter.

I wonder if we could use content type or some kind of existing page property?
