Currently we are hand-managing nginx, which is bad. We should use the nginx module instead.

This requires the following features from the nginx module:

- Ability to specify package name. Dynamicproxy requires nginx-extras, while currently it is hardcoded to nginx-full

Uh, that's about it, I think.

Doing this should automatically setup diamond metrics for dynamicproxy.
