Flow cancel confirmation dialog atop moderation dialog

In new front end, after you enter some text in a textarea, clicking its Cancel button now prompts "You have entered text in this form. Are you sure you want to discard it?" (flow-cancel-warning), with confusing [Cancel] [OK] buttons

This uses the browser's window.confirm(), it should probably be a proper dialog using Agora, see https://trello.com/c/OLnPx7M4

Note the same confirm dialog appears when you enter text in the moderation dialog and click Cancel, resulting in stacked dialogs. See attachment.
