It is not possible to filter newpages by namespace.
-. NamespaceFilterPageGenerator has no effect as NewpagesPageGenerator has a default value of 0 so retrieves only from Main ns.
-. self.gens[i].set_namespace(namespaces) has no effect as NewpagesPageGenerator is a plain gen

Default value of NewpagesPageGenerator should be None.

Partially fixed with a workaround.
Propr solution would probably require a redesign of args handling.
