Currently, abusefilter-edit-done uses $1 both for the filter ID and also for the link text. The problem is this parameter is localized so that the link text would look right, but that breaks the link itself (you will end up with links like  [[Special:AbuseFilter/۳]] in Arabic/Persian wikis).

It should use a separate parameter for the filter ID which is not localized.
