Meh, [[outreach:]] works on mediawiki.org so it's really office.wm specific. Do you know if [[outreach:]] has worked before / if this recently broke on office.wm?
It's because Outreach: is set up as a namespace on officewiki. The namespace overrides the interwiki prefix. If the Outreach: namespace isn't used and you want it to be deleted from the wiki, we can do that. For the moment, though, the suggested workaround is to use [[outreachwiki:]].
