Might be by design, but it causes a failing test for me:

1) PrefixUniquenessTest::testPrefixes
Module prefix 'ap' is shared between ApiQueryAllPages_GeoData and ApiQueryAllPages

Either GeoData needs fixing or the test's assumptions are wrong.

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/143394 removes that API module completely.
