Setup- none.
Steps to Reproduce-
1> In the VE, add a bullet/Numbered list at the start of the page.
2> Now try to delete the list.

Actual Result-Notice that only the text can be deleted. The bullet point /number on the list cannot be removed by pressing the “Backspace” key.

Expected Result- The user should be able to delete a list from the start of the page by pressing the “Backspace” key.
