Visual example of the issue

A given entity has a different name in different languages. This means that is is also spoken differently.

Current behaviour:
Currently it is only possible to have a global IPA annotation per entity as a Statement (Property:P898), rather than one IPA annotation per language/translation.

Expected behaviour:
IPA annotations must be possible on the title in a given language, as well in the tags in the "Also known as:" section. Therefore, any way of speaking a given entity can be annotated properly.

You can add several statements and add a qualifier with the language it applies to.
Or you can wait for the multilingual text datatype which will allow adding/showing the same text in several languages.
