Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Go to Insert>Media and select any image after searching

Observed Result:
When the Media settings dialog pop-up, observe that all the icons for the tabs General Settings, Advanced Settings and the headings Caption,Alternative text, Position,Image Type, Image Size etc are missing

This is also happening for Basic reference, cite news , cite journal and reference list dialog as well.

Almost certainly a Beta Labs problem of the moment.
