Additionally, hidden posts are not collapsed for logged-in users. They should be per previous state, eg (until next week: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia_talk:Flow/Developer_test_page&workflow=rpi8y4hbixkou0hr

Hidden post content appearing is serious. 

The hidden topic seems OK, the appearance is wrong. It used to appear quite differently with an icon. We need a design pass for how it should appear.

There's another issue we're researching: when you hide a topic or post, anon users see the old version of the Flow board. This seems to be a caching issue.

This is no longer happening. The linked trello card lists the series of patches that fixed this bug.
