Description Dejan Papež 2014-07-06 14:25:34 UTC
When adding interlanguage links to the Slovene Wikipedia articles through the option in the sidebar, the software tries to find articles at 'sk' (!) instead of at 'sl', which would be the correct behaviour. I get the messsage: "the external client did not provide page information for site 'skwiki'" (i.e. Slovak).

Hi Dejan, thanks for taking the time to report this!

What are exact steps, click by click, to reproduce this problem, on some example page (URL welcome)? Is this about "Uredi povezave" at the bottom of the sidebar?

That's it - the link at the bottom of the sidebar.

As the link is https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q1234#sitelinks-wikipedia moving this to Wikidata (someone please correct me if I'm wrong)

Dejan, please provide exact steps to reproduce this bug. Which exact buttons are you clicking/which exact options are you selecting, and what you expecting to see at each step?

I was able to create https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q17627755 (which I will delete soon) using the linkItem widget from slwiki. If you still experience problems, please reopen this bug and explain what you encountered (and how you got there) in a more detailed manner.
