The StopForumSpam extension has not yet got an option to include evidence when submitting data to StopForumSpam. Possibilities for including evidence are:

* A textfield that shows up on the blockform when the "send data" checkbox is toggled (I would recommend it);
* The extension chooses automatically a(n) page creation/edit
