Tapping for instance 'external links' section at the bottom often ends up scrolling to somewhere above it, as I believe we scroll on the zoomed-out view and then zoom in.

This is particularly frustrating when trying to get to the page footer.

This is pretty well fixed, though we could make it prettier.
