Dan Garry points out there's no indication when you've loaded all the topics on a board.  It's implicit: if there's no [Load More] button at the bottom and the page isn't busy loading more, then you've reached the end.

Note that we need an indicator for the other direction when there are no more newer/more recent activity. Lots of design issues.

There is now a plain text string that says:

    
	There are no older topics

when you have reached the end.
