Steps to reproduce:
*Use safari (Without java or xiphQT installed)
*Go to https://blog.wikimedia.org/2013/11/08/open-letter-free-access-wikipedia-south-africa/ , click play on the second video


Expected behaviour:
*You get a warning that browser is not supported "For help playing this video see page"

Actual behaviour:
*No warning.

At first glance seems load order related with the iframe loader (Warning is injected by a hook-like thing)

Issue was not present for me on the main site.
