Flow used to show a[+]> icon next to new topics, see attachment.

Old Flow CSS code set the background-image of .flow-newtopic-title to an SVG image. WikiFont has a similar speechbubble icon.

This isn't trivial to bring back, closing as WONTFIX.  If design wants it at some point they can bring it up directly rather than this old "we used to have something" card.
