The error is: Error al crear miniatura: Unable to run external programs, proc_open() is disabled. Error code: 1 I don't know how can I fix it. I searched the web, but I can't find a solution of my problem. Can you help me? Yesterday I update mediawiki from 1.19.17 to 1.23.1

This should have already been fixed in the 1.23.1 release given the date of release
But the problem is that I did yesterday all that bug 66467 say that I need do, but the problem persist. All this make that I ask me, Is really fixed? or only somebody mark as fixed because nobody continuing posting?
I'm not sure what "all that bug 66467 says" exactly means. Did you extract the patch (how) and apply it to your codebase on your server? How did you check to make sure it's applied?
