I forgot to include this in the puppet change that added CORS headers to wikimetrics:

sudo a2enmod headers

I'm not sure how that translates to puppet.

Deploy and test necessary changes so cors works on wikimetrics.

well, CORS is working in production wikimetrics right now, I deployed it last night.  But I had to manually enable the apache mod_headers module, so that should probably get into puppet.

Apache headers are working w/o manual intervention.
