On initial provision (`vagrant up`) of a clean virtual machine, installation of mw-core dependencies via composer fails:

Error: Working directory '/vagrant/mediawiki' does not exist
Error: /Stage[main]/Mediawiki/Exec[install composer deps]/returns: change from notrun to 0 failed: Working directory '/vagrant/mediawiki' does not exist

Fairly obviously Exec[install composer deps] is missing a necessary require on Git::Clone['mediawiki/core'].
