When typing, inserting templates, hitting "backspace", and possibly more actions, the cursor moves two characters left after every action. Obviously, this makes editing nearly impossible.

Interesting. It looks like the template IPA-es is causing this. If you delete the template, everything works fine.

Fixed by the fix for bug 67432.
