It was announced IRC feed is going to be shut down it would be nice to have a test place for devs to implement websocket listeners to utilities. There is no test site nor manual how to set up the feed and that makes it almost impossible now.

It should be setup and running at stream.wmflabs.org. That is the external ip for the deployment-stream instance in the beta project.

so stream.wmflabs.org is rc feed for beta cluster?
